TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vantage Video website and services. By purchasing, accessing, or using Vantage Video services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Vantage Video Services
Vantage Video provides video creation and related content services for businesses and other customers. Specific services, features, deliverables, quantities, timelines, and pricing may vary depending on the package or service purchased.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any materials reasonably necessary for Vantage Video to complete your project. You are responsible for reviewing information, instructions, materials, and final content for accuracy and suitability for your intended use. Delays in providing requested information, feedback, approvals, or materials may delay production or delivery.
3. Client-Provided Materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide to Vantage Video. By providing materials to us, you grant Vantage Video permission to use, reproduce, modify, edit, and process those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services you purchased.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, releases, and permissions to use and provide any content submitted to Vantage Video. You may not provide materials that violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
4. Payments
Pricing will be presented before purchase or otherwise agreed upon with the client. Payment may be required before production begins. You authorize Vantage Video and its payment providers to charge the payment method provided for purchases you authorize. Applicable taxes may be added when required by law.
5. Subscriptions & Recurring Services
If you purchase a recurring Vantage Video plan, your payment method may be charged automatically at the frequency disclosed when you purchase the service. Recurring services continue until canceled according to the cancellation terms provided with your plan. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services already purchased, started, or delivered.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Because Vantage Video provides customized digital services and may begin production shortly after an order is placed, payments may become non-refundable once work has begun. Any refund, cancellation, or credit eligibility will be determined according to the terms presented with the specific service or package purchased and applicable law.
If Vantage Video is unable to provide a purchased service, we may provide an appropriate refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution.
7. Revisions
Any revisions included with your purchase will be described in the applicable package, proposal, or service description. Requests beyond the included revisions or requests that materially change the original project may require additional payment.
8. Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Vantage Video expressly agrees to a specific deadline in writing. Delivery may be affected by client response times, revision requests, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Ownership of Final Deliverables
Upon full payment, the client may use final approved deliverables created specifically for the client for their intended business and marketing purposes, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
Vantage Video retains ownership of its underlying systems, templates, workflows, processes, software, methods, know-how, and other pre-existing materials used to provide the service. Third-party assets, including certain music, stock media, fonts, or software, may remain subject to separate licenses and restrictions.
10. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vantage Video may display completed work for portfolio, demonstration, promotional, or marketing purposes. If you do not want your completed work displayed publicly, contact us at contact@vantagevideo.co.

Vantage Video does not guarantee specific marketing, advertising, sales, revenue, engagement, audience growth, or other business results from any video or content we create. Performance depends on numerous factors outside Vantage Video’s control.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Vantage Video services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every deliverable will produce a particular business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage Video and Vantage Video, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
